A raffle promotion in partnership between 7D Mangoes and EVA Air

Raffle Rewards:

Promo Mechanics:

The “Puree Your Way to Taipei” (“Promo”) is open to all customers who meet ALL of the qualifying requirements as follows:

RAFFLE ENTRY

1. Customer spends a minimum single receipt of Php1,000 on 7D Mango Puree at any of the following stores:

2. The Promo will run from November 1, 2023 to April 15, 2024 (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be made within the Promo Period and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The name in the receipt must match the name in the IDs required to claim the reward.

3. Customer gets 1 e-raffle entry for every Php1,000 spent. Multiple raffle entries for single receipts are allowed. However, for multiple receipts, the number of e-raffle entries shall be on a per receipt basis.

4. Customer does all of the following:
   • Follow the official 7D Mangoes (@7Dfoods) page on either Facebook or Instagram;
   • Follow the official EVA Air Facebook Page (@evaairwayscorpen) and Instagram (@evaairph);
   • Like the Promo poster of 7D Mangoes on either social media page; and
   • Mention at least three (3) persons in the comments section of the Promo poster of 7D Mangoes on either social media page with the following hashtags: #7DMangoes, #EVAAIR, #iflyEVA, #EVAAirPH, and #staralliance

5. Customer registers with the link provided in the Promo poster within the Promo Period.
   • Customers must register with their personal information as required in the online registration form.
   • Customer must upload the receipts of purchase. PDF, image, and document format for the photo of the receipt will be accepted, as long as it is clear and legible. The original copy of the receipt should be kept in good condition for verification purposes during the raffle draw.
   • Customer may upload up to 10 receipts per registration. Additional entries in excess of the previously registered receipts shall require another registration. Duplicate registrations (e.g., two or more registrations having the same receipt numbers) are strictly not allowed.

6. By participating in the Promo, the Customer consents to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo. Likewise, by participating in the Promo, the Customer hereby agrees to give consent to 7D Mangoes and/or EVA Air to have their names appear in public channels in any way the company deems appropriate for publicity.

7. Corporate purchases are not valid for this promotion.

8. Employees of 7D Mangoes and EVA Air and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo. Resellers and distributors of 7D Mangoes are likewise not eligible to participate in the Promo.

RAFFLE DRAW

1. All winners will be drawn randomly on April 30, 2024, with the presence of an FDA Representative.

2. The list of winners will be posted on 7D Mangoes’ website and social media pages. Winners will also be notified separately via phone and email.

3. Customers can only win once. In case the name is drawn more than once, the first draw will prevail.

4. To claim the Grand Reward, the winner must present the following:
   • Notification from 7D Mangoes showing the specific reward won;
   • Clear, readable, and valid/unexpired copies of the following IDs [i] Passport’s Bio-Page with signature [ii] Another government-issued ID; and
   • Original copy of the sales invoice/receipt.
   • Additional requirements for reward transferee (if applicable): [i] A signed and notarized special power of attorney granting consent for the transferee to redeem the reward; [ii] The transferee’s two valid government-issued IDs

5. To claim the Consolation Rewards, winners must present the following:
   • Notification from 7D Mangoes showing the specific reward won;
   • Clear, readable, and valid/unexpired copies of the two government-issued IDs
   • Original copy of the sales invoice/receipt.
   • Additional requirements for winner’s authorized representative (if applicable): [i] A signed and notarized special power of attorney granting the authorized representative permission to claim the prize on his or her behalf; and [ii] Representative’s two valid government-issued IDs

6. 7D Mangoes reserves the right to refuse redemptions made by winners if the details sent by the winner (or his/her authorized representative) are incomplete, vague, or invalid.

7. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to release 7D Mangoes and EVA Air from all liability for any loss, harm, or damage resulting from participation in the program, or resulting from acceptance and/or use of the prize.

8. The customer must notify 7D Mangoes for any complaints regarding the promo within ten (10) days from the raffle draw date. In case of a dispute regarding the Promo, 7D Mangoes and/or EVA AIR, as applicable, shall resolve the dispute with the concurrence of FDA. In case of any questions about any of the provisions of the Promo, the interpretation of 7D Mangoes shall prevail with the concurrence of FDA.
